Pulse is a couture-focused AI try-on studio that helps you blend personal portraits with curated gowns, mix-and-match separates, and collaborate through chat. Protecting your privacy is central to how we design Pulse. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the safeguards we maintain.
When you opt in, we may access camera roll images, camera, microphone, or push notifications to enable try-ons, video guidance, or alerts.
Depending on your location, Pulse processes personal data on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract (delivering the Service), legitimate interests (analytics, security), consent (accessing camera roll, marketing), and legal obligations (responding to lawful requests).
Your data may be processed on servers located outside your home country. Where required, we implement safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, regional data centers, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete portraits, garments, or chats at any time from within the app. After account deletion, we remove or anonymize associated data within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legal, accounting, or safety reasons.

Pulse is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We use encryption in transit, hardened infrastructure, role-based access controls, and ongoing monitoring to protect data. No system is 100% secure, so please keep your credentials safe and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Our app may link to third-party sites or services (e.g., social platforms, payment processors). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, so review those separately.
We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect product updates or legal requirements. We will post the new version with an updated date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of Pulse after changes means you accept the revised policy.
